A customer asks, “Will my order arrive by Friday?” AI can help draft the reply. But it should not invent the delivery date. Start with an invented customer email and the company's actual policy. Our sample policy says standard orders dispatch within two business days. Delivery dates require a carrier estimate. We don't have one yet. Ask the assistant: Draft a reply using only this policy. Show the sentence supporting your answer. Flag missing information. Do not send. A useful draft explains the dispatch window, says the arrival date is unconfirmed, and asks for the order number so a person can check tracking. Now review it. Does it confuse dispatch with delivery? Did it promise Friday? Does it request information we already have? Fix those problems before sending. The workflow is simple: supply the source, check the answer, then approve the reply. Start with one low-risk question and a person responsible for the final message. This is a synthetic example, not a measured performance test.
